The project was conceived by The Rev. Dr. William Schilling after an afternoon of deeply philosophical conversation with an AI model. What started as curiosity quickly became conviction. From that moment, a new kind of study experience was born—one that allows seekers to reflect, question, and engage with their faith in a structured, intelligent, and deeply personal way.

At its core, Through the Wire isn't tied to a single denomination. It’s a growing library of study tools and devotionals that help you engage with your sacred texts—whether it be the Bible, Torah, or Qur’an—while offering space for personal growth, theological exploration, and spiritual formation.

Each devotional is structured into daily lessons, organized under thematic sections called Yom, inspired by the Hebrew word for "a period of time." Reflections are followed by personalized prompts, and each page connects to our AI companion, Kefa—ready to help you dig deeper.
